Registration fees include admittance to all convention activities. The Saturday Night Banquet tickets are $50.00 extra.

In order for names to appear on the advance registration list and name tags, please return this completed form to the association office by March 6th, 2026.

Membership Registration Fee: $200.00 per plant (includes two people and add $100.00 for each additional person).

We will be serving a prime rib dinner with a social hour preceding it.

All workshops will be held at the Meat Science Innovation Center Dedicated to Ron Richards. Sign up to these workshops is limited to the first 100 people due to the nature of the classes. Classes will start at 12:30pm and go for 2 hours. There will be a 30 minute break and then the participants will go to the next class and continue for another 2 hour class.

All participants will get to attend both classes. When we are closer to convention time, you will learn which class you'll be in first. No food will be provided on Thursday. There will some refreshments in the break between classes.

Held at the Best Western Plus University Inn. A social dinner with our president, Jake Hines as well as a “Swag Swap”. Bring your gear with your company’s logo to exchange with others. This is a fun way to get to know others in the association as well as getting a chance to see other peoples branding as well as sharing your own. Appetizers are included.
