Clark Meat Science Center Manager
Applications are invited for a full time manager of the Clark Meat Science Center Manager. This position directs the day-to-day operations, retail sales, and conducts all phases of a USDA- FSIS inspected harvesting and processing facility. This position supervises approximately 5 student employees. The Clark Meat Science Center is approximately 8,000 square feet and is composed of a slaughter floor, further-processing area including smokehouses, and walk-in coolers and freezers.
