The Northwest Meat Processors Association (NWMPA) in partnership with the Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) is pleased to offer an in-person Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) certification course. This class will take place on the Blue Mountain Community College Campus, Pendleton, Oregon, on May 17th-18th, 2025. Class size is limited to the first 20 who register. This is a certified course, and all students will receive a HACCP Certification upon successful completion of the course.
The cost of the class is 475.00 per person, and each attendee will be responsible for their own travel, food, and lodging. Scholarship for Discounted Course Fee
Partial scholarships of $250 off the normal price are being provided by the Northwest & Rocky Mountain Regional Food Business Center to help offset the cost of HACCP certification for certain underserved communities (BIPOC (black, indigenous, person of color) • Enrolled tribal member • Very low-income/limited resource). These will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis and no more than 10 partial scholarships will be provided.
